Skype extension for Firefox
When you installed Skype, you also installed the Skype extension for Firefox. The extension turns phone numbers on websites into buttons which you can click to call from Skype.
Phone numbers on pages are shown as grey buttons.
The extension will attempt to identify the country of the number. If it's wrong, click the flag icon to change it.
Click the number to call.
How to turn off the extension.
Click the Skype extension icon on the Firefox toolbar once to turn it off.
Click it again to turn it back on.
You need Skype Credit to call landlines and mobiles from Skype.
